About Victoria

Among the many reasons Victoria Waldorf’s clients choose to work with her are her in-depth knowledge of local real estate and her tenacious determination to win for them. She’s been developing both those strengths ever since her childhood climbing the orange trees in her San Fernando Valley backyard. (Both her father and grandfather were projectionists at Technicolor, making her a third-generation Valley local.)

Today, Victoria’s clients range from first-time buyers to sellers of multimillion-dollar estates. She confidently helps sellers throughout Los Angeles prepare their homes for the market and get them sold … and guides buyers in finding their ideal homes and expertly negotiating great deals. Victoria is known for her personal approach, strong people skills, white glove service, ultra-high standards and values, and savvy negotiation.

Victoria can’t remember a time when she wasn’t fascinated by houses, architecture and interior design. Since she’s personally designed several homes from plans to décor, she’s an invaluable resource for clients who need expertise that goes beyond her formidable real estate skills.

Victoria honed her tenacity early on the golf course, first on her high school boys’ (yes, boys’) championship golf team, then on the UCLA women’s golf team. She still has a single-digit handicap, and loves playing with her dad and her kids. A Sociology major, she loves using her strengths to touch the lives of others. That includes her own four adult children, who, she says, “have taught me so much about life, endurance and love.” Her passion for helping extends far beyond her work as a Realtor. She serves on the Board of Directors for Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration, dedicated to fostering a bias-free world for children with disabilities, and volunteers with the Southern California Golf Association’s junior golf program.

Victoria draws on a strong business background to represent her clients. Before entering real estate, she launched a retail line for female golfers, managed a multimillion-dollar capital campaign, chaired and organized many large charitable events, and served on several boards. She was also manager at a highly respected California winery, where she earned a Level 1 Court of Master Sommeliers certification.

She specializes with sellers and buyers across the entire San Fernando Valley, throughout Santa Clarita Valley, and to the Westside, where she proudly serves her fellow Bruin alumni!
