About Zivile
Zivile Crawford is highly accomplished in the real estate industry. She sold her first property at the tender age of 17 in Lithuania, her birth country, and has continually built upon her initial success. She owned and operated her own real estate agency since she was 18 years old with many agents for over 16 years before moving to California in 2011. As such, she has sold properties on two continents!
She has graduated Mykolas Romeris Law School in Vilnius, Lithuania and Paralegal Program in California State University Long Beach, and has a Notary Public license.
In addition to her knowledge and experience in real estate marketing and transactions, she is highly knowledgeable about construction and building materials. She built several pristine homes from the ground up and flipped many of properties very profitably.
Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Zivile is adept in all facets of marketing properties, including professional staging, use of social media and collateral materials and mega open houses (wine, cheese and her handmade appetizers and desserts accented by smooth jazz music).
During her time at Berkshire Hathaway in Orange County, she was recognized as one of the top-producing agents. Zivile is fluent in three languages: Lithuanian, Russian, and English.
When not spending time with her husband, Glenn, her daughter Monika, and their French bulldog, Marley, Zivile cultivates her incredible culinary skills by working on her blog (which you might want to check out at www.sweetzivile.com), hosting her own women’s book club, enjoying sky and macro photography, and appreciating art. She also paints and grows fruit trees, berry plants, flowers, and bees (yes, she is a beekeeper)!
