After many years in the entertainment industry working for celebrities like “Mr. Box Office,” Eddie Murphy, Tony Orlando, Debby Boone, Ambassador of Princess Cruises, Gavin McCloud, Mega-Manager, Susan Munao who was instrumental in forming the career of Donna Summers, Renée and her husband, Daryl, moved into the Santa Clarita Valley after serving seven years as Resident Managers at an award-winning affordable housing community in Hollywood, the Montecito.  Serving this Senior population sparked a passion for housing, learning about contracts, real estate law, maintenance and customer service.  When the time came to shift careers to one that allowed her the opportunity to continue to do the things she loves (like daily serving at West Creek where her children attended school and being able to pick up her children from school), real estate was a perfect fit!  Not the career she envisioned but surely exciting and rewarding!

In the past twelve years, she’s had the privilege of giving keys to clients who purchased homes from $195,000.00 to $2.5 million with production totaling over 175 homes. Her clients range from friends she has known 30 years to on-line leads she never met who quickly become friends and purchase homes throughout Southern California.

Real Estate is quite a ride and there are a million things that happen “behind the scenes” while assisting clients find their dream home or selling and transitioning to a new home.  One thing Renée loves about this profession is that it certainly is not the same each day.  There are days driving around showing homes to clients, days in the office behind paperwork, days training and learning about the ever changing rules and regulations to remain in compliance at all times and days door knocking neighborhoods to find the perfect home for clients. Each day holds something new and exciting and Renée welcomes each day with promise.

Renée believes giving back to the community she serves is life-giving. Currently she serves as the Affordable Housing Chair for the City of Santa Clarita which blossomed from her service at His Way Church when she was the Homeless Coordinator for a decade, hosting Family Promise.  At church she served as a Youth Leader and Church Administrator. Her love for children inspired her to serve as Afternoon Commander of Awana’s at Grace Baptist eight years. Believing in the importance of being involved with her children’s schools, she served on the Parents Teacher Association for a decade, receiving the Honorary Service Reward from California for producing the school’s Talent Shows and Women In History for a decade. One of the most rewarding blessings was daily greeting families while serving in the morning valet. Additionally Renée serves as the Secretary of Los Angeles County’s SPA 2 Homeless Coalition seeking to find solutions to assist those in need and serves as Co-Chair of the Housing Committee for Santa Clarita’s NAACP. Being that no child should be homeless, she serves as a Board Member for Family Promise of Santa Clarita that has two properties dedicated to helping families who are housing insecure.

Renée feels it is an honor to advocate for homeowners. At her local Realtor’s Association, Southland Regional, she is a Director and serves as Vice Chair of Government Affairs advocating with our legislatures for policy supporting property rights. In the California Association of REALTORS® Renée serves as Vice Chair of a large policy committee, Homeownership Housing.  Selected as one of twenty REALTORS® throughout California for the California Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, she is honored to have also served as Communication Advisory as Chair in 2024 and Taxation and Government Finance as Issues Chair in 2025.  Continuing her advocacy, Renée was appointed to the National Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunities and served on the Federal Housing Policy Committee three years where she was appointed to Chair a Taskforce to educate REALTORS® on using Homeownership Voucher for the purchase of homes as well as rentals.

For the past twelve years Renée served the Women's Council of REALTORS, most recently as California State Liaison.  A graduate of Women’s Council of REALTORS® National Leadership Academy, 2022, faculty member at Leadership 360 where the National Leadership trains incoming local Presidents from the Nation, recipient of the Bobbie Nelson Pathway to Leadership Grant and Humanitarian Award in 2022 and 2021.  Renée is a graduate of Southland California’s Association of Government (SCAG) Leadership Academy and two time graduate of Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
